If your question is regarding Service Manager or Service Center, then post in their forum.
Please include details of
- product name
- product version and patch / servicepack level
- which client (for example full client, web-portal)
- which item (module), form or screen.
What do you expect should happen, and what is actually happening instead?
Adding an attachment with a screenshot helps too.
