End user documentation

We are in the process of implementing TRIM and am really up against it - mainly in terms of educating end users.

I was wondering whether there are any end user documents (e.g. quick reference sheets, FAQ's etc.) which are available to use to help me with this.  Or whether anyone has any they have used for rolling-out which I could see as a starting point?

I really hope you don't mind me asking but I feel like the ship is sinking so any help with documentation would be SO helpful and much appreciated!

Many, many thanks

Re: End user documentation

The help file is the authoritative documentation. In pretty much any window in TRIM there is a help file button that is context sensitive so whatever the user is working on they can simply click the help button to display the relevant topic information.
