A user came to me today and they want to know if there is anyway to search the Notes (tab) field on a Hold. Our company enters in detailed information when we create a hold. I can't find a way to search the Notes field for a hold. Boolean or String.
If I am missing that this can be done using a string search, please provide an example.

You can't do this from within the interface. Best option within TRIM is to tag them all, export via print merge, and then search that within Excel.
Personally I use an excel macro script to do it.

Thanks Eric.... That's a great idea!
Hold are treated like a separate entity in the TRIM application. Hopefully this will be a feature enhancement so it can be done within the application without having to export.
