I'm reviewing the permission levels for Information Managers at a government department - any advice on what generally is a good level of permissions? What should I drop off the full Administrator permissions?

Might sound like a silly response, but is there a reason that you wouldn't just give them the "information manager" user type in TRIM?
Very similar to admin but restricts access to delete documents and prevents bypass access controls + other restrictions around IDOL indexing, document stores and holds.
