HP TRIM - Client Connection Attempt Timed out

I want to integrate HP TRIM with Salesforce.
For this, I've installed TRIM Version 7.3 Build 5193 on WINDOWS SERVER 2008. Installation was successful.
But when I try to "Open HP TRIM Dataset" it gives an error "Client Connection Attempt Timed out", even when after correctly providing the correct "HP TRIM Workgroup Server".

Could anyone please help me in resolving this issue ?

Did you add firewall rules inbound and outbound for port 1137 on the server?

Hi  EWillsey, I bypassed port 1137 from firewall. Also tried by disabling a firewall but error continues to occur.

This is a generic error when the client can't connect to the Workgroup Service.

 

Make sure the service is running, make sure TES is configured correctly, try running a client locally on the Workgroup server etc...

 

Windows App Logs should show a more meaningful error on the server when you try to start the service if anything is wrong.
