An historical moment for HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center!
HP LoadRunner 11.50 and HP Performance Center 11.50 are now available!
As it was mentioned in the blog on June 11 - the HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center were launched at HP Discover 2012 on June 5th.
Today, I am pleased to let you know that we have general availability for both products (see links to download the products below).
This is a special moment for HP Performance testing solutions!
It is not just one more release for HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center; it is a moment in the product lifecycle where these two products have been moved to the next level of maturity for performance testing process. This is a MAJOR release!
We understand that the world is changing with cloud computing, mobile and big data; with that testing applications performance is becoming mandatory for business success. The variety of environments to test and complexity requires a solution that is on top of your needs.
HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center introduce a brand new Virtual User generator (VUGen) interface with redesigned IDE and Design Studio. The new VUGen interface is superb! It has modern and intuitive look and feel and not only that, the new interface comes with multiple new capabilities and enhancements to accelerate scripting and the performance testing.
Besides of that multiple other enhancements were added to support modern applications and environments as: full 64 bits applications support, IPv6, new collaboration features, Data format extension for GWT (Google web toolkit). Those are just few from a very comprehensive list.
Adding to that, HP Performance Center now drives the DevOps trends with HP Lab Management. HP Lab Management allows testing teams to provision and deploy a test lab themselves in a hybrid delivery environment (bare-metal or virtual, in-house or in the cloud), through HP Performance Center.
The results of this new release are amazing! One of our customer was able to support 25% more applications and reduce the time for scripting effort by more than 50% with the use of TruClient technology.
