MASE Certification

Hi all

I just pass the HP0-Y36 and Y37 exam for MASE certification

My HP0-Y37 came upp to the portal but not the HP0-Y36 and its has been 1week that i passit

Can someone help me with more info about it ?

Hi,

 

If you go to http://www.hp.com/go/expertone you will see a "Live Chat" option on the top left hand side of the front page.  Click on that to speak with an ExpertOne support representative who will be able to investigate this issue for you.

You should see a status on the site indicating if the chat service is online or offline.

Thanks for the quick answer

But i meant what hours is the chat open becuase iam visit the site from sweden and perhaps the open hours is diferent from here :))

Hi,

 

The "Live Chat" feature is in trial currently so that may be why you don't see it as an option.  Please send an email to expertonesupport.emea@hp.com to follow up on your MASE exams.

 

We've had lots of people excited about the Live Chat so I'm sure it will be more broadly available soon.
