I can not set up an account. My norton software keeps telling me this is an unsafe page and blocks it as soon as I pass the first question.

I would suggest disabling Norton (as a test) to confirm.

On the taskbar next to your clock, right-click the Norton icon and then click Disable Smart Firewall or Disable AntiVirus Auto-Protect.

If you can open the website after disabling Norton, it's recommended you report this to Norton.

On rare occasions, Antiphishing may report incorrect evaluation of a Web site. For example, you might visit a site that you shop regularly and Antiphishing reports that the site is fraudulent. If you find that Norton has misidentified the Web site as fraudulent, report it to the Symantec Security Response team to reevaluate the Web site.
