HP AlerMail-447 WARNING MINOR Status Degraded

Hi,

we have since one year an HP c7000 Enclosure what works great. Since some days it starts to sending me mails.

HP AlertMail-447: (WARNING MINOR) Enclosure Status: Degraded

One minute later I get the message Status OK.

I can't see any error in the logfiles what is wrong. But since today I'm getting that message more and more.

I connected to iLO to be ready when the error happen and can only see that he has en exclamation mark on "redundance" but not possible to see more.

Can someone tell me how to find out what is wrong?

Kind regards,

Marco

There is an advisory that version 2.60 will send false fan alerts.

Re: HP AlerMail-447 WARNING MINOR Status Degraded

I was having this issue all of a sudden, also on fw 2.60. However no one wanted to update the firmware at this time but a reset of both the Active and Standby OA's has cleared the issue.

For now at least.
