Before writing my initial post-call survey blog, I was reading an online article titled “How to  Make Your Post-Call Survey Results More Accurate” by Michael Stanford (paywall), and it really intrigued me. He wrote about a personal post-call survey experience in which the questions asked did not include one asking specifically if the service issue was resolved.

Our EMEA Marketing Optimization User Forum is set to take place at the Conrad Hotel in London on March 5. Reintroducing Roger Lee

Roger Lee.jpgI am very pleased to share that, as of December 15, Roger Lee has rejoined the HP WFO Software team as Senior Director of Product Marketing. This move is something of a homecoming for Roger. Roger worked with the Qfiniti and Explore product lines as an employee of etalk and then Autonomy for five years beginning in 2004. But after being gone for six years honing his customer experience craft, he couldn’t stand it any longer!
