With HPCA, organizations manage their data to gain intelligent insight across hundreds of data types from most enterprise content sources, support compliance, mitigate risk, increase IT efficiency, and enable legal preparedness. It creates greater data visibility for access, retention, and disposition of information, based on the value of the content, while incorporating policy management, storage optimization, and advanced conceptual search and analytics.

With increased data availability, improved performance, greater integration with other Information Management and Governance solutions, and simplified deployment and management, organizations can meet the challenges of today and tomorrow’s big data demands.

HPCA 8.0.1, a core component of our Information Governance portfolio of solutions, includes the following key enhancements:

  • A simplified eDiscovery interface supports the ability to specify groups, instead of a list of custodians, for queries
  • Improved data migration scalability and throughput from legacy archive systems reduce the cost, time, and effort to transfer large volumes of historical data
  • All third-party and internal modules have been updated to the latest connectors to ensure the most current data sources can be archived
  • Increased availability with the ability to access, search and extract data in the event that the index is unavailable
  • Additional support for email address reuse to streamline the process of managing duplicate email addresses
  • All modules have been updated to the latest connectors to ensure the most current data sources can be efficiently archived
