Digital Marketing: Increasing SendMe's Conversion Rates

At HP Autonomy, we take great pride in showcasing our clients’ success stories.  It’s always interesting to see the results of hard work and partnership in various markets, sharing the details that drove those results, and helping other companies further refine their strategy based on the take-aways.

Recently, we published a case study in partnership with SendMe, Inc. SendMe is the leading provider of subscription-based mobile entertainment services in the U.S..  They offer an array of mobile products including trivia, ringtones, wallpapers, and games to a constantly evolving audience with a notoriously short attention span.  As an additional challenge, SendMe’s content must also adhere to varied regulations set by cell phone carriers.

Hector Salcedo, Director of Marketing at SendMe, is a staunch supporter of A/B and multivariate testing (MVT) to create a better customer experience.  “Increasing conversion rates drives a lot of revenue for us,” he explained.  “We knew that multivariate testing could help us target exactly what needs to be done.”

Leveraging the power of Autonomy Optimost for real time website optimization, he and his team increased conversion rates by 70%.  This is an astonishing figure for an industry that requires so much speed, agility, and streamlined complexity.  Learn more about the challenges SendMe faced, the types of content they tested, and how Autonomy Optimost helps them achieve dramatic conversion rates.”
