Digital Marketing: AMA Webcast on Big Data for the Contact Center

There is a very interesting AMA Webcast scheduled for Tuesday, July 16. My colleague Steve Graff, a VP of Technology and Chief Architect for our CRM solutions and Qfiniti contact center product, will be presenting his views on the challenges that the enterprise contact center is facing when it comes to Big Data.

The webcast is free to attend, and you can register here.

Titled Turn Big Data Into A Big Win For the Contact Center, Steve’s presentation will go into detail about how the enterprise must not only solve the technical challenges of volume, velocity, and variety when it comes to Big Data, but in order to provide a superior customer experience all this data must be captured, managed and processed in real time to drive insightful business decisions. This is especially true for the contact center, the front line of customer relationship management

The Big Data Reality

The good news is that HP Autonomy technology provides the very solutions the contact center needs – not only to manage the overwhelming amount of incoming data but to actually turn all that data into a big win. It’s all about handling what we refer to at HP Autonomy as human information, the massive amount of unstructured data that is being created every day in emails, tweets, streaming video and, in the case of the contact center, in recorded audio files.

Of course, Steve will be answering questions from the audience during the webcast, so if your company is trying to deal with the ever-increasing CRM data pumping through your contact center, attend this AMA Webcast and learn how to turn Big Data into a source for both effective agent training and the superior experience that today’s customers demand.
