Why can not login agile manager as team member role?

I add one user in project users as the team member roles. Then I try to login agile manager by the team member user credential but failed. It says 'You entered an invalid Login Name or Password.' I'm sure that both user name and the password is correct.

Because I want to see what the difference is by login with admin and team member.

Can anybody help to answer it?

Once you add a new user to an AGM tenant, the user receives an activation e-mail, requesting him to set up his password.

Have you gone through this phase?

Hi Ronen, 

I try again today. Add a new user and then he receive the email, change the password. However, he can't login agile manager. The same error message: You entered an invalid Login Name or Password.

You can refer to the attached picture. Phil Peng is the one that I add today.

Looks like you've done the steps needed in order to add a new user.

If this still does not work, please open a ticket on his behalf and add the relevant information.
