We seem to have a recurring theme of people losing the email form AGM when the administrator creates their user. It contains a link to activate the user. Is there a way to re-trigger the email?

Deb, in the SaaS Portal login screen there is a link labeled "Forgot your password?". Clicking this link will result in a page where you can type an email address to which the user activation mail will be resent. It can be used in any case that a user forgot the password, did not get the activation mail or has an activation mail that got expired.
