Please follow the following steps to report defects for Agile Manager:
In Agile Manager menu go to Help > Support Requests
You should have SaaS Portal opened. You may need to allow your browser to open pop up windows.
Select the "Support" option and the criticality of the issue. A single item shall appear at the right list, click it.
Fill in the details and click "Submit". Please be as detailed as possible.
Track your tickets in SaaS Portal.
You can also open new tickets directly from here.
Please notice: only SaaS Portal users that are marked as "Portal User" can log defects to Agile Manager. The User Management area in SaaS Portal is where you can control it:

you need to ask your admin to give you permissions to open a ticket. the admin is the user who created your user.
he can do that by setting you as "Portal User".

In general, our support team is available also by phone.
You can contact them and get there assistance with logging your support requests until your admin is back. You can also work with them on granting permissions to SaaS portal to additional users in the project.
