Service Providers as Cloud Services Brokers: IT's role in the transition.

To implement their Cloud Services Broker (CSB) strategy, Service Providers need to consider key capabilities that    facilitate the roles and objectives of major individuals in the organization to become cloud ready. Within their organization, IT functions such as VP Product Development, VP Operations, and CISO and CIO are key in developing the cloud services offering that the VP Marketing and Sales would like to push to their business customer.  This article relates an imaginary debate between representatives of each department around one question: Who owns the cloud services in your organization?
