Must see Automation and Cloud Management sessions at HP Discover!

With written contribution by Andy Mackay (HP Software Product Marketing)

Do you have your Flamenco shoes ready? With HP Discover just around the corner I thought I would  give you a glimpse of the solutions that will be available for you to experience at HP Discover, and a map of the top ways to spend your time at the event.  This map will guide you through the sessions and events that will help you enable business efficiencies, agility and scale all while managing compliance and reducing complexity. The best part, they all help you leverage your existing investments in heterogeneous environments.

The following are just some of the content-rich session tracks that will be made available for your reference. To find out about the latest news directly from HP, the following sessions will give you an update on our Automation, Orchestration and Transform software solutions:

TB1790

Automate your IT tasks with HP Server Automation and HP Database and Middleware Automation

TB1789

Orchestrate your IT processes with HP Operations Orchestration

TB1791

Transform service delivery with HP Cloud Management

Our Professional Services organization is offering an interesting session on how to “Become an automated, agile enterprise while avoiding sprawl, waste, and management obstacles” (BB1757)

Of course I don’t want you to only hear about Automation and Cloud Management from us, so here are a few of the must see Customer and Partner presentations where you can find out how Automation and Cloud Management looks in real world implementations:

BB1977

Realizing rapid success with HP Cloud Automation at Lloyds Banking Group

Another session I encourage you to attend is the Discover Theatre session DT2554 which will discuss how HP IT adopted HP's Automation and Cloud Management solutions to transform traditional datacenters into private clouds.  Seats are limited for this one so be sure to register early!

After the Discover Theatre session, be sure to stop by the HP Software Pavilion in the Discover Zone where we have some great demos to show you.  It is a great opportunity to meet our subject matter experts and get your questions answered.   You can also speak with our technical experts about your Automation and Cloud Management at the Guru Bar in the Discover Zone.

Last but not least, we have a new session format this year where you can meet with other customers and HP in a small forum to discuss your best practices.  We are calling these Discover Forums and they are scheduled throughout the week and are located in the Discover Zone:

DF1847 / DF1871

Server and database automation for the hybrid datacenter

DF1846

IT process automation and orchestration

DF1845
