Lots of great new features in HP Public Cloud

I am pleased to announce the release of a new set of features for our existing HP Public Cloud which officially launched this weekend. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Deploy more resource-hungry workloads, especially those around analytics
  • Larger standard flavors (3XL – 5XL)
  • High Memory flavors (L – 2XL)
  • Enjoy SLA-level service coverage for Block Storage
  • Service transition from public beta into general availability
  • Create more secure deployments with software-defined networking (SDN)
  • Create your own networks with private subnets, custom IP ranges, VPN connectivity
  • More easily manage multi-AZ deployments
  • One API endpoint per region rather than individual endpoints per AZ for compute, block storage and image management
