HP CloudSystem: bringing real benefits to over 700 organizations around the world

It’s exciting to see the momentum of HP CloudSystem with over 700 customers to-date around the world, ranging from industries banking to healthcare to telecom.  Customers are building and managing private, public and hybrid environments to deliver cloud services powered by HP CloudSystem.

Nuffield Health, UK’s largest health charity, chose HP CloudSystem to deliver infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) for efficient and cost-effective healthcare to 300,000 people a year.

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) announced the plans to implement G-Cloud, the first extensive private cloud for all government agencies in Singapore, powered by HP CloudSystem.  “The Singapore Government is looking to cloud computing to provide government agencies with fast and secure access to critical IT resources required to respond to business and citizen demands,” said Mr Jim Merritt, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Group, HP Asia Pacific & Japan.  “Singapore’s G-Cloud will be built on HP’s CloudSystem, integrating hardware, software and services to provide shared, scalable and resilient cloud computing resources. HP also brings leading cloud innovation through the resources of HP Labs Singapore. HP is excited to partner with SingTel to deliver G-Cloud for the benefit of government services and the citizens of Singapore.”

AllTimeIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a conglomerate of leading India-based IT infrastructure services providers and system integrators, today announced the launch of ‘EFFICLOUD’ – a pay-per-use cloud model that delivers reliable and resilient cloud services tailored to meet small and medium enterprise needs. EFFICLOUD is built on HP CloudSystem, and delivers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) targeted at performance-focused and cost-sensitive SMB and enterprise customers.

Pay per use is a good choice for SMEs, this is also a better environment for IT financial sustainability in relation with SMEs to large enterprise. Taking Infrastructure, Platform and Software as service should provide better output to customers...but should be careful not to have too many customer communication bottle-neckness...
