Award winning consumer travel site GetGoing moves its key services to the HP Cloud

GetGoing, Inc. is a travel technology company creating a radically better online discovery, shopping and booking experience for leisure and corporate travelers. We are delivering a bold vision of how travel should be sold in the 21st century. For consumers, this means lower prices, better selection, and intuitive, personalized search. For suppliers, it’s about being able to differentiate their products and market profitably to more customers.

Our flight search logic critically depends on our proprietary schedule and fare analysis.  We use our live search data as well as those from several third-party data sources to continually optimize our single- and multi-destination search results.  This constitutes our revenue management and analysis engine that has been successfully migrated to HP Cloud last week.  The deployment was trivial and went without a hitch.  The service has been operational with 100% uptime since then.  We were truly impressed with the maturity of the system including excellent documentation and the responsiveness of the support team who were there every step of the way even though very little help was actually needed.

We moved over our blog the week before.  More moves are in the works.  HP Cloud, you got one very happy customer!
