ERROR: couldn't load and parse the XML file containing the ITM package table.
Anyone have a fix?
Windows Storage Sevrer 2003 x64 running
Command View 9.2
RSSM 5.20 (with auto updates enabled)
IRS client is 5.5.23
The system was running just fine for a year, updates were happening, etc. Now all of a sudden i can not retrieve the list of installed packages to "check the status".
Communications seems to be ok as the various checks comeback successful.
Attached is the error dialog. Anyone have any suggestions before I call Support? (or attempt a re-install)

OK OK, problem solved
delete this files :
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Installers\packages.xml
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Installers\packages.xsd
When you back to "Remote Support Software Manager" this files will be created again.
