Making multi-sourcing work - a European perspective

Last week I had the opportunity to sit down with Can Baydono (can.baydono@connecta.se), Senior Consultant from Swedish management consulting firm CONNECTA AB to talk about what's on the mind of CIOs in the Nordics in general and Sweden in particular.

It's a quick (3 minute) podcast that got me thinking about multi-sourcing again.

Can (pronounced "chan") highlighted that Swedish CIOs are increasingly looking to multi-sourcing to complement their talent pool, shorten time to market and to reduce fixed-costs assocaited with legacy systems to free up capital for innovation.

All of this and more he'll be sharing as a guest of HP during an executive roundtable discussion in Sweden February 22nd, click here to register or to find out more.

Enjoy!
