HP Production Manager - RIP Limitaions????

We are using the HP Production Manager to drive and Indigo 5000. We have come across quite a few "RIP limitations" when using the IndiChrome space. I was wondering if anyone has found any solutions to these problems. All the issues listed below are HP Production Manager RIP limitations according to HP Support.
1. PMS and PS Overprints are not honored when using IndiChrome
2. PMS to PMS gradients will not convert to the IndiChrome space. They default to CMYK without warring.
3. Duotones involving a PMS will not convert to the IndiChrome space. They default to CMYK without warring.
4. Images with a white fill scum dot when Indigo Transperancy is checked.
5. RIP is not honoring Prinergy Traps, but reverts to the Quark Trap setting.
6. Presparated files appear as grayscale through IndiChrome space.

Thanks for any help or recomendations
