Kernel Configuation for Oracle 10g2

[ Edited ]

I have two 8i Oracle DBs and one testing 10g2 DB with a physical memory on a K box of hpux11i. Both SGA for 8i are 300M each, while 10g2 is 700M. I feel memory pressure and would like to see if any kernel configuration is up to 'standard'. If any guru can shoot a comment, that is great.

I am enclosed the kernel config.
