unexpected Data Protector Cell Manager Reboot OS Windows Storage server 2008

Hello,

I don't know what to do now.

I have a cell maneger on which data protector 6.2 is installed.

12 Go Of Ram.

it has rebooted unexpectedly about 5 times now.

Each time it reboot I have to fix certains things for the backup to start working.

Yesterday we upgrade the Ram from 12 Go to 28 Go.

and the server semmed to be stable.

Today it happened again/ the server has rebooted again.

What can possibly cause this as I now know that it is not a memeory related issue.

Thanks to help e solved this issue that is keeping me from working.

I think that you need to have a look at the Application and System Event logs ( I am assuming that this is Windows) for the time the reboot occurs to try an identify the underlying error that causes this

Most of the time if there is a problem with the Internal Database, the RDS service dies, maybe the CRS service, but, I can't remember the last time a system reboot was caused by Data Protector
