I am kind of frustrated...
Yes i knew this was coming but i thought it was suppose to be easier.
The old ITRC site URL was very easy to remember.... Is the new URL really https://h30499.www3.hp.com?
Where do I go to download patches?
Where do i find my support agreements that were linked to my old ITRC login
How do I post a new question on the forums or even search the forums.
Is there a Map that explains all of this?
I am sure that it will take some getting use to but if someone can help me with the basics i would sure appreciate it!

Ok, so I was able to find the board I was looking for, but it took me a while.
Still wondering where every thing else is?
The Patch database is extremely important to me as well as my SAID numbers!

Tim - keep in mind this is only the community/forums - this is not the replacement for the entire IT Resource Center.
We're actually in the middle of the transition to the new HP Support Center this morning - it should be completed within a few hours.
Once that's done, the URL you'll want to remember is http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc
You'll find patches, support agreements, chat, etc. all from that new support portal.
