I am facing an issue and know that I can find the solution in this ITRC link
But unfortunately I cannot search for this link in Community as I do not have any details of what was the topic or who posted it.
Any chance of finding the same post in Community forums?

But how did you find this out?
Search for the threadId:
Pick up some words in the topic and title. Do a google or forum search for those:
invalid query hash in URL may be a cracking attempt site:h30499.www3.hp.com
In your case, there appear to be three that may match.

*** NO LONGER VALID ***
I do it a little bit different as Dennis posted but the core part is the same.
I use "itrc.hp.com threadId=1173050" for the initial search - check the results for the posting in the old ITRC and take the title as search inside the category.
Check New Forums Site Map for a listing of all boards and category's - so your search here will be:
The top one was my guess I posted above.

Note: The current status is that nobody can find old threads except for the moderators, since the google cache has been expired.
So if you can't do a forum or google search for the info, you're lost. ;-)

>I had tried to follow the steps posted in this forum
Did you read my previous post saying that the steps are obsolete and they can no longer be found?
You need to do a google or forum search to look for the info you need on vgmodify.
Elementary detective work and mind reading indicates it is probably:
