Yes, I got 4 yesterday and two today. But I wasn't promoted after all. :-(
I sent a PM to Warren_Admin and he said they are working on it.
It looks like this old bug is back:
I got another on 09-30.
And 14 more on 10-01.

I have been getting these since Thursday, with 14 in the last hour. I no longer see a place to read my PM's but they also send me an email notification.

It appears that PMs have been completely disabled. Even if you saved a URL from before, those just go to the main forum page.
PMs seem to be back but I got 14 more from this morning.

The beginning of a private message storm was passed to the technical platform support group late last week, but the volume seemed to be increasing exponentially yesterday. Because of this, I shut off private messaging across the Enterprise Business Community in the early afternoon, U.S. time. The resolution is due later today.
We apologize for the excessive messaging (and the emails). We will certainly be asking for root cause analysis, as well as mitigation.
