I do a Google search for an issue I'm having. A link for the new HP forums comes up and I click on it. I don't go to the forum that was referenced; I go to the ITRC Redirect Announcement page and I'm stuck there. How do I get that thing to go away so my links work correctly?

Have you tried google and adding "site:h30499.www3.hp.com"
or see the given below url to search in the EBC site-
New ITRC tree-

I guess I don't understand, but I can't see where I would come up with adding "site:h30499.www3.hp.com." In th old days, I clicked on the link in Google and went right to the messages discussion in the forum. I guess it's a better idea to put in a system that does that over several steps instead of one step. Hmmmm. Probably just me, but doesn't make sense, I think.

Simply add "+site:h30499.www3.hp.com" to your search string, like this:
kernel config +site:h30499.www3.hp.com
That will eliminate the old ITRC results

Have you tried any of the above alternate suggestions on how to do google or EBC forum searches?
Any particular topic you are trying to find?
