HP TRIM 7.3.3. MS Office 2010, Win 7, SQL 2008-R2, KOFAX Capture 10.0 , Kofax Tranformation modul 5.5
Has anyone experienced these "TRIM" issues with the KOFAX ?
When the document / invoice is scanned with KOFAX, and then using the smart validation softare the metadata are properly saved into TRIM Database, the Date Created (very critical metadata for invocies) changes its self to a Date Created 24 hours in advanced of the original Date Created.. Hundreds of invoices are like with these issues. We noted that the Date Creted changes only if a Records Office profile user (with no privileges to change the Date Created) changes some minor metadata , e.g. Notes field from her PC machine not connected to a KODAK scanner but with the KOFAX 10.0 installed.
However, in Events History a logs appears saying that this officer change the Date Created to a proper Date Created, but when we check if that's what happened, we see that the Date Created is still wrong, meaning 1 day in advance of the proper date created. (User do not have the privileges to change the date anyway)
Then, TRIM Administrator intentionally changes the Date Created back to a proper Date Created and it stays like that, until the Records Officer changes the notes again and then the Date Created changes again to 1 day in advance of what the original date Created is on paper invoice.....
Why is this happening, and how to fix this issue? Anyone with the same problem? Is this a KOFAX issue or TRIM issue?
Is it going to be fixed in HP TRIM 7.3.4. (Client and Server) ?

There should be a fix in 7.3.3 patch 1

Greg, You've got it right!
Thank you, much appreciated.
That was the cause of this issue and when I tested, the results were good even now 24 hours later. Problem solved (will be solved when we implement those changes in the form).
The only thing is now to manualy fix the incorrect Date Created for all thos Invoices .....
Have a nice day.
P.S. One issue still remaining to go to HP TRIM 7.3.4. and that is explained in my post in MS Outlook and TRIM integration section on this forum, the Outlook Add-Ins are greyed-out after the installation of 7.3.4. Client only...
