Hi,

 

We have ran Audit connect on  HP \Lenovo desktop for hardware inventory. We are able to get the information for processors, Memory & others but we are not able to get BIOS information.

 

We have gone through the documentation but still we are unable to get the bios information.

 

Could you to provide exact settings from which we can able to get bios information in Reporting tab – managed devices option.

Hi Tom,

 

The Bios Scan is included in default Hardware Scan. No need to run any audits for the same.

Check your reporting console under Display Options>Reporting Views on the left side

 

Inventory Management Reports>Hardware Reports>Detail Reports>Devices by Serial #/BIOS
