New Video: HP RUM for Mobile – In-depth reporting on the health of your mobile apps

HP Real User Monitor (RUM) for Mobile Monitoring can help you quickly identify and solve problems with your mobile apps. This performance monitoring reporting capability helps you easily understand what is at the root of the issue.

Part 1 of this video series showed how to easily instrument your mobile app for monitoring by HP Real User Monitor; for details on RUM for Mobile, see hp.com/go/rum/mobile.

This new video explores the new RUM Mobile Health report, as well as other relevant reports that shed light on the performance of your mobile app.

  • Do you want to compare the performance or availability of your app in different locations?
  • Do you want see at a glance which locations have the worst performance?
  • Perhaps you want to know which http requests had the longest response times.
  • Maybe you want to drill down to details on a specific http request.
  • Is a third-party domain impairing your application?
  • Are specific operating system versions performing worse than others?

RUM Mobile Health reports provide all this, and more!

Perhaps you want to see detailed session breakdowns? With the RUM Mobile Health report you can compare the response times of different app versions, and track adoption rates by volume in sessions. You can quickly compare the response times and volume of different carriers, OS versions, or mobile devices.

Finally, you can easily drill down to the details on specific sessions, and then provide developers with session properties and information on problematic actions. This process makes it much easier to pinpoint the source of a problem, and fix it quickly!

The APM Doc Team has created a short video to show you the benefits you can get from the RUM Mobile Health report.
