Abstract:  Telindus was a legal entity based in Belgium that offered ICT services and solutions to the corporate and public sector, both in Belgium and internationally. In January 2006 Belgium's largest telecommunications provider Belgacom Group acquired Telindus for it to become its IT services subsidiary. Telindus continued to operate under the brand name Telindus - Belgacom ICT. In October 2012, Telindus signed a deal with HP Software to modernize their network operations center in order to propose efficient managed services. Telindus is one of most important HP BSM reference in EMEA (ANM, IP Telephony, MS Lync).
