Two monitors on Compaq Deskpro DPENM P600/10/128/NTC

[ Edited ]

I would like to install two video cards in the above-captioned Deskpro, but the BIOS setup won't let me "enable" both cards at the same time. Giving one card an IRQ automatically "disables" the other card. If I ignore the disablement and boot Windows 2000, Windows complains that it "can't start" the disabled card.

Is there a way to use two video cards on this machine?

By the way, when searching the self-help information, and I have to select a Deskpro model, DPENM isn't one of the choices. What model is this machine?

Thanks,
George

You are going to have to buy a card that has dual outputs.

There is another thread on this same thing.
