Boot sequence

[ Edited ]

I'm upgrading a Deskpro 4000 and I need to check the BIOS boot sequence. So far, at boot time I have tapped Esc, Delete, F1, F8, F10 and F12. All I got was a keyboard error. I have downloaded and looked through the Deskpro 4000 series Manual for guidance. I didn't find any.

Can someone tell me how to get into the BIOS setup?

Re: Boot sequence

George,

the following threads suggested using either F2 or delete - hopefully the F2 key will do the trick

Re: Boot sequence

Hi George

Is that a Compaq? If so, you should press F12 while the screen is black and the cursor is blinking in top right position.
