Hi, Did Win7 OS come preinstalled on your dx2000 or did you purchase the Win7 OS to upgrade from Win XP or Vista?

Hi, Dolores:

On the several different kinds of PC's I have upgraded the OS from WXP to W7, when you connect to the internet for the first time under Windows 7, windows update will download and install the W7 sound card driver. I have not found one PC where the sound has worked until the internet update was done.
