error 1802 at startup with embarrassing F1 request

I'm downgrading the processor in a dc5800 to a E6300, but every time the machine boots, I receive the message "1802 - Processor Not Supported. The system board does not support the Processor." I don't see why the machine wouldn't support this processor considering it runs fine with it (starts up after pressing F1), and the machine supports many other Core 2 processors with the same FSB & voltage.
Can anybody give me another source of Bios then last one, evantually a beta or even a old one wich support more processors???

We are in may 2010, somebody from HP please help!!!

None of the 1066 FSB processors are supported in the dc5800.

I would not expect HP to release a BIOS supporting older processors. Technology moves forward not backward.
