I also have a Unknown Device error with the following details under properties:

You didn't list your operating system so I will take a guess that it is WXPP:

Thanks!  I am running Windows 7 64 bit on the same dc7700 and am missing the same drivers.  Do you know if there are Windows 7 64 bit versions available?

Hi:

You should see the TPM device as installed in W7.

There are no W7 64 bit drivers available for the dc7700, so you will have to try the Vista Business x64 drivers.

You can use the the driver for your Intel Management Engine Interface from Intel too. States Vista x64 is included in this driver.

I solved this issue using a dc7700 USDT with BIOS v1.10 Rev. A. running Windows XP SP3.
I had 2 of the PC's side by side. 1 had the yellow exclamation mark on the 'Intel Management Engine Interface', the other did not.

When comparing BIOS settings in 'Advanced>Power-On Options', the 3rd option in the list should have been 'MEBx Setup Prompt' but it wasn't there.
I performed the clear BIOS funtion by removing the powercord from the PC, holding the front power button in for 15 seconds, then holding the clear CMOS button on the motherboard (yellow button) in for 10 seconds.
Now plug power back in and turn on. Hopefully get a time and date not set message. You can check the BIOS 'Advanced>Power-On Options' for the 'MEBx Setup Prompt'. If you now see this I'm pretty sure your problem is solved.
Logged into windows and confirm.

File name:HECI_allOS_2.1.22.1033_PV.exe

Point the driver serch to following folder; once you have run the exe.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel Desktop Board\HECI_allOS_2.1.22.1033_PV\HECI

It will install and use Vista 64bit driver.
