Touchsmart Elite 7320

I don't know if HP are embarrassed by these machines, but they seem very coy about admitting they exist. I have been trying for 2 days now to find some assistance on these things and completely failed to find any reference other than to be able to down load some 32 bit drivers for it.

Is there somebody who can tell me exactly where I can find infornation and help, please?

We have just taken delivery of 17 units and I feel that when a customer spends that kind of money the vendor should be able and willing to offer some kind of help, other than a public forum. Or are HP just too big to care?

Re: Touchsmart Elite 7320

The problem is this:

We are going to be using these in a school and most of the software will not  run on a 64 bit OS.

So I have removed the 64 bit Windows 7 that it came with and installed 32 bit Windows 7. I have installed the drivers that I can find but there is no ethernet driver and the 32 bit touch screen driver doesn't work (that is to say, there is no touchscreen activity).

Could someone please tell me which ethernet drivers I need so that I can at least get on to the internet with it?

Thanks

Re: Touchsmart Elite 7320

Hi Rainald,

Sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.

If you require assistance with a Home PC and your topic is not already covered, please post your question within the appropriate forum @ http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Computers-Monitors/ct-p/DesktopPC

Your existing HP Passport account will work on that site, but you will need to create a separate account as it is a different community.

Thanks,
Rashmi

Re: Touchsmart Elite 7320

This is nonsense.

We've just spent several thousands of pounds on new HP kit so why can't we get help from HP?

>why can't we get help from HP?

Have you tried an official support site like the HPSC?

http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc

Especially the "Get help from HP" tab.

>As this product is related to Home PCs- Pavilions and Presarios board

The specs say this is a Business Desktop PC:

Yes, Dennis I've done all that so now I have made a complete circle. But thanks for trying to help, anyway.
