Missing Driver DX7300 PCI Simple Communications Controller

G'day Guys,

Just reinstalled my new DX7300 with Vista Enterprise and it's missing one driver on install. Can't seem to find anything in the drivers section which clears it but doesn't seem to restrict any of the main hardware either.

Location information:
PCI bus 0, device 3, function 0

Hope someone can help.

Its hard to find the one missing without doing research on the issue.


More than likely its the USB...

Just load the Intel driver form the above link under the heading of Driver-Chipset.

The Simple Communication Controller is a soft modem. I believe that installing the chipset driver may solve the problem.
