I am attemtpting to restore the opearting system from DVD's using HP Backup and Recovery Manager in an HP Compaw dc 5850 MT PC ALL. Every time the Recovery Manager completes the formatting of the hard drive and begins the reocvery process I get the message "Error 1005. If the issue continues, pleas contact HP for support." Has anyone experinced this issue and how did you go about solving it?
