DC 7800 - Windows 7 - Unknown seriell port

Hallo,
some days ago I´ve installed Windows 7 Pro on my HP DC7800 Small Form Factor PC. Now I have two unknown devices in my device-manager:
A seriell PCI-Port and a PCI-Communicationcontroller.

In Vista I had installed the Intel AMT LMS_SOL Driver and the problem was solved. But für Windows 7, I can´t find this driver.

Has someone a solution?

Hi Jordan,

That sounds like the HECI controller. I didn't see Win7 drivers posted on the HP site, but here are the Vista drivers:

dc7800 released Windows 7 drviers, but didn't released AMT and HECI drivers for Windows 7.

But dc7900 released AMT and HECI drivers for Windows 7.

Thank you, the Windows 7 drivers for the DC7900 worked.
But only the missing PCI-Communacationcontroller disappears when I install HECI Device Driver and the Intel AMT LMS SOL Driver.

A seriell PCI-Port is still unknown in the device-manager. Which driver is still missing???

Hi,

That is probably the AMT LMS/SOL driver. Try the Win7 link in the earlier post.

What can I do now? Will HP publish the necessary driver shortly?

I've the same problem as Jordan, the Windows 7 drivers for DC7900 worked for PCI-Communicationcontroller but a seriell PCI-Port is still unknown in the device-manager.
So my DVB-S Card can't be find and installed !
Do someone has a solution ?
