windows 2000 server. 4200 blank pages after each page

A few months ago I updated aserveral of my Windows 2000 Print servers from Microsofts update website. There were several HP updates that were avaliable, againgst my better judgement, I updated the HP Updates. The updates were both Drivers and Print Subsystem updates. My issues after that were many. The most common is that I get reports that my 4200's are spitting out a blank page after every printed page.

I have deleted and reinstalled printers, changed drivers, updated, used PCL 6, PCL 5e, nothing seems to get the problem fixed.

How do I located the updates that were installed and remove them?

Any other thoughts are welcome. I am at my wits end.

Re: windows 2000 server. 4200 blank pages after each page

Hi Bryan Gifford,
to disbale blank page after each print Job
Do the following steps:

From the print server, select the printer and go to Properties -> Advanced Tab.
Uncheck the box that says "Enable advanced printing features."

Note :/ You Are NOT lost any functionality with the printers.

If A printer after weeks later, stopped printing then rechecking the box. It fixed the new issue and did not restart printing the blank pages. Because Printer properties registry with Win-Server Hav-Keys override new Setting.

Hope this resolved an issue.Let's KNow.
