LJ 4200 error 68

I worked on a LJ 4200TN. The customer had complained of the side margin being shifted about 3/16 of an inch to the left on this printer only. It didn't make a difference which PC printed to it or which tray was used. Resetting the NVRAM, and doing a cold reset didn't help. I ended up shifting the X-axis to +12 and it brought it back. The page was not skewed, the whole image (text) was shifted to the left. I'm guessing a formatter issue, since there were some error codes (68.1C1E, 68.1C3E, 68.3D02, 68.3D04) rather recent.
Looking for input.
Thanks

Re: LJ 4200 error 68

do you have a disk attached...68.1 means problem with hard drive - reinitialize. if the error persists - change the hard disk
