In the reports the values for MAX and Average are N/A but in the status appears data
The main problem in this case is because SiteScope is taking the data like a String, not like a number and for that reason, SiteScope is not able to create the calculation.
This problem can be solve very quickly modifying the regional settings.
Can you please be more clear.
The snapshot you have shared is of report or alert?
We cleared this problem by:
KPI field in the CI status alert category will return value when alert is configured for child CI.
