ovpath' is not recognized - BSM and SiteScope Inegration

 

Hi

 

I'm getting this error while i'm doing integration to BSM

when I run the "connect" and "analyze"  from SiteScope integration 

 

Windows 2008 64 bit

SiteScope 9.20 

 

From Site Scope Integration Error

 

Executing command: C:\Program Files\HP\HP BTO Software\bin\win64\ovconfget sec.core.auth MANAGER_ID
d2b6db32-72ba-7571-1926-ba4ae3a3abdf


Executing command: "C:\Program Files\HP\HP BTO Software\bin\win64\opcagt.bat" -status
Input Error: Can not find script file "C:\bin\win64\OpC\opcagtw.vbs".
'ovpath' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

 

Please advise

Hi,

I think this is a known issue with OA that most of the times gets fixed after rebooting the machine. This happens when you install and then go to configure integration without restating as recommended.

Indeed, reboot, and open a CMD, then type SET and check if the OA directories are in the PATH.
