Why status "n/a" appear in counter avg monitoring SAP net weaver in sitescope?

Hi All,

I have sitescope 11.20 and monitoring SAP Java Web Application Server use solution template. In overall getting counters all provide value, only one counter can't provide value in summary on dashboard denoting value "n/a".

for counter "PD1/../dispatcher/3438900/services/http provider/Total request/Avg request-response time
I attach screenshot to clarify this issue.
I hope you can give me explanation about this problem.
