Vugen Ajax Click and Script

Here lately I've been using a lot of Ajax click and scipts, and on one particular screen the customer would like to be notified if a certain name doesn't show show.

On Web/HTML scripts I use the following to find a word or phrase (below). However, on the Ajax script this doesn't seem to be working.

web_reg_find("Fail=NotFound",

                        "Search=Body",

                        "Text=Voskamp",

                        LAST);

Question is, I remember reading somewhere that web_reg_find may not be supported with Ajax scripts. Is this correct? If so, is there a work around or another way of trapping for text on a page?

Thanks,

David

Re: Vugen Ajax Click and Script

I have used the following in Ajax Clcik & Script and it worked fine.

Pleas ebe sure to place web_reg_find function before you load the page to check

web_reg_find("SaveCount=Login_Cnt",
  "Text/IC=you are signed into XXXXX",
  LAST);
 *************

some code here

*********************

      if (atoi(lr_eval_string("{Login_Cnt}")) > 0){

        lr_output_message("Log on to XXXXX successful.%s",lr_eval_string("{Login_Cnt}")  );
       lr_end_transaction("XXX_Login", LR_PASS);

        }

     else{

        lr_error_message("Log on to Quantim failed.%s",lr_eval_string("{Login_Cnt}") );
        lr_end_transaction("XXXXX_Login", LR_FAIL);
        return(0);

    }
