URL monitor with help of PAC file.

With the help of pac file we need to monitor one application.

We have applied in internet setting-> Use automatic configuration script option

as file://c:/temp/*******.pac

Also we have applied in run time settings as well.

But while executing the script we are getting as error as:

Fatal Error -27099: Address (URL="file://c:/temp/*****.pac") of the proxy automatic configuration script does not start with "http:" / "https:" / "ftp:". See the 'Run-time settings/Internet Protocol/Proxy'   [MsgId: MERR-27099]
Fatal Error -27072: The URL of the proxy automatic configuration script was explicitly specified in "Run-time settings/Internet Protocol/Proxy".  Aborting   [MsgId: MERR-27072]

Any suggestions!!
